with Tönne Speckmann
Tönne Speckmann is back. As Otto Lohle from Epe, his on-stage persona, he made a very witty and entertaining triple act with Klaus Wiedau and Stefan Busch for 25 years. Now Tönne Speckmann celebrates his comeback - as the eccentric museum guide of the rock'n'popmuseum. He has all sorts of interesting facts to tell about the stars of the museum - and he does it in plattdütsch, the native Low German dialect.
Tönne Speckmann: “Met de Digitalisierung und de neien Kopphörers wörd's Du ja no bestens informiert öwwer de Entwicklung vanne de Rockmusik nao'n 2. Weltkrieg, aowwer et giww aok nog vull anneers te vertellen; van de ersten Gedanken vöör so'n Museum an' End vanne 90er joaren öwwer dat Spektakel bi de Eröffnung bes vandag.”
Got it? No? Never mind - Tönne Speckmann is happy to explain a thing or two during his tour. And over a delicious mettstulle (bun with raw ground pork and onions) with wacholder gin, a wonderful evening will come to an end in the cosy Café Backstage.
Admission: €19.50 inc. guided tour, mettstulle and wacholder gin
